Biography

Ronald MacGillivray was the son of Donald McGillivray and Margaret McGillivray. He was a Sapper of the 2nd C.R.T. Railway Construction Battalion. MacGillivray served in France and Belgium with the 2nd C.R.I. Following the war, he worked on his family’s farm. On June 29, 1922 MacGillivray traveled to Boston, Massachusetts to work as a carpenter.
