Biography
Joseph Fraser was born in August 1914 in Lower South River to Dan and Gertrude (MacEachern) Fraser. He grew up with four brothers and four sisters and attended school in St. Andrews.
He left Lower South River in 1936 and later joined the Royal Canadian Navy.
After his service in the Navy, Joseph married and had three children. He eventually moved to Freehold, New Jersey.
