Biography
James Patrick Duggan was born August 9th, 1917, in Croft, Antigonish County, to Walter and Catherine (Campbell) Duggan.
James, along with his brother Alexander Duggan, was a veteran of the Second World War.
Following the war, James returned to Antigonish, where he worked as a farmer and woodsman. He passed away in Croft on August 12th, 1987, at the age of 70
