Biography
Hubert “Bert” Alexander O’Quinn was born in 1921 in South Branch, Newfoundland, to Peter and Emmy O’Quinn.
Bert was a veteran of the Second World War and served as a gunner with the Newfoundland Regiment.
After the war, Bert worked as a woodcutter and lived in Fraser Mills. He passed away on April 26, 2007, and is buried at Cummings Cemetery in Upper South River.
