Donald Howard MacDougall was born on June 4, 1917, to Daniel and Annie (MacLean) MacDougall in Polson’s Brook, Antigonish County.
Howard was a veteran of the Second World War. His brothers, John James and Allan Bernard MacDougall, also served.
Howard married Lucy Catherine MacGillivray and passed away in 1989
